This product is a high-quality Semi-Dull Nylon 66 Filament Yarn, characterized by its specific denier and filament count of 40D/12F. The "semi-dull" luster indicates a matte appearance, achieved through a specialized TiO₂ (titanium dioxide) content, which reduces light reflection and glare, resulting in a more natural, soft-touch aesthetic compared to bright yarns.
As a Nylon 66 variant, it offers superior thermal resistance, higher melting point, and better elastic recovery compared to standard Nylon 6, ensuring excellent dimensional stability during both processing and end-use.
